Step by step instructions for using the BLOGGER interface to publish on this page.

When you've finished learning this process, or in another window:

1) Click on the "post note" link on the nav menu to your left.
2) When BLOGGER.com has fully loaded, enter your username and password on the right side of the page.
3) Upon login, click on "webb02" under "Your Blogs" on the right side of the page.
4) In the large text box that is the upper half of the screen, enter your message.
5) Once you have finished typing, click the "Post & Publish" button in the upper right corner of the page.
