NICK, your work for EB and make tons of cash. JUST BUY A NEW RAZOR!!!!!!!! I don't know how you were one of the smartest ones in our class. Just by simple Darwin principle, you should have accidently died before your 5th birthday.
For all those in the New England area, Coery and I will be taking a skiing trip from Feb 15th to the 23rd. At some point we will probably have to stop by Boston and CT. I think we will ski until thursday of that week and then come visit everybody.
As for Dug, last weekend he had ample opportunity to hit on tons of hot girls. I even supplied him with a box of smints, which he tried to eat all at once. It's not my fault he picked the one unavailable girl. Either way we had a good time and decided that everybody should come down DC the friday before Karyn's wedding to start the party.

sounds like doug had a 'good time'.
for those of you who have missed the never ending saga of "Nick vs. Electricity" here's one you'll like (don't tell Hennings). my electric shaver died and would not hold a charge so for a while i was plugging it straight into the wall. then that died too. sooooo, being me i took the thing apart and after examining the dead battery and noticing that there didn't seem to be anything like a transformer between the electrical cord from the wall outlet and the little motor inside, i took the leads that used to be connected to the internal battery and connected them with the cable from the wall....... it took a half hour for that big white spot infront of my eyes to go away and needless to say pretty much fried the whole electric shaver..... oops.

Hey anyone catch the Superbowl commercial for ESPN that had all the Red Sox fans hoping they would someday win a World Series. That was my favorite. How's everyone doing? Donations coming along I hope? Oh, BTW If you get a chance go visit Constable, its a good time and if you're lucky like me you leave the bar with a nice case of blue balls thanks to one of his roomates. Can't say he didn't warn me though. By the way Constable tell her I want my $5.

well, to jump into the cold and sports conversations, this past weekend I was up in Lake Placid, NY competing in the Loppet (cross-country ski race). I entered in the 25K Classic Race and finished 2 hours 31 minutes later, in 132nd place overall or 6th in my age group. besides being slightly massacistic (a total vertical climb of 1850 ft) it felt quite good to be back in the sport. I have being a sucker for cross country skiing and Joe Dayton to thank for that. next year when I actually have time to train I intend on doing much better... maybe even EAT the Goo, rather than wear it.

Since my new adopted home team just won the Super Bowl I figured I'd better get my two cents in...The Bucs are World Champions. Also, it was bitterly cold here last week, too, Jax. Windchills of 20 to 30 ABOVE zero. Makes for a chilly bike ride I tell you what.

Holy crap it's cold! Windchill of 20 to 30 BELOW zero! I wanna go home...oh wait, this IS home. Colder (supposedly) than Barrow, Alaska.

Well Doug, pregame was definately the game plan, but as for my backyard I dunno, it is kind of hilly if you remember. I am looking into getting a block of cheap hotel rooms, I am sure that you guys could collaborate and if you stayed 4 in a room someone would be sober enough to get you to the main event. By the way, no ties allowed at the wedding. No sense in all the guests being as uncomfortable as Rob and I will be in our get-ups. I will make sure the hotel is close enough to some bars for Saturday action without wheels.

Hey Gram, that sticker on the front could be useful if you come across anyone trying to downhill ski on a road too. Hey Karyn, for your wedding can we camp out in your back yard from Thursday till Sunday. I have a feeling that weekend of your wedding is going to be one big pre-game. Oh I can't wait!

Aww come on. Can't you snap me back. Something like, "Well, at least I managed to avoid a collision."
The sticker goes on front for the benefit of the people that you're about to hit head-on as you casually cross into oncoming traffic.

Hey Ryan, maybe you can explain to me why I should have a "How's my driving" bumper sticker on the front of my car.....And in my defense, Jason was the first one to pass up the "Foreway"...by the way, "4-Way" is a trail at killington....anyway.....
posted by Gram 6:34 PM
If anybody has pictures from the weekend at Killington I'll add them to the gatherings page and everybody who went can get their name in lights and I'll use Rachel's quote and make up something embarrasing about Gram's suggested bumper sticker. Same goes for anytime anybody has anything interesting to add (from a rendezvous with classmates or otherwise) - the more content we create the more interesting and lasting this site will be.

"I wanted to have a foursome, but Nick and Gram said they were tired of it, and that just left Jason." -- Rachel.
Ask Gram why he should put a "How's my driving" bumper sticker on the front of his car.

Hey gang, I finally got a fix for the site, so we should be posting live again. Sorry about the breakdown, but Blogger is pretty finicky about which server at Tripod we use. Anyway, Game ON!
Hope everybody had a great holiday season.

I hope everybody had a good New Year. Karyn, I picked up my new year book over the break and it looks great. The history was very amusing. Also, a wedding on Sunday means a party all weekend.
I have two webbies (Pete and Dennis) coming down to Carderock for winter work. I was wondering if anybody else has interns.
