Here's a gander at the new couple. LIke I said, it was a gorgeous wedding. Christine, thank you SO much for inviting me, I wouldn't have missed it for the world! (Isn't that a line from a song? Oh well, cheesy, unimaginative me...)

I had to post this pic to reaffirm my heterosexuality following the last picture of me that was posted on this site...I hooked up with the one in the middle.

God Savannah was fun!

Congrats Christine.

Whoa! You would not belive what happened last night! My Groton girlies said they were taking me out to dinner @ this pasta place in town. So....I walk in there...and there are a TON of people there for me...including KARYN AND JAX!!!! I couldn't belive it. Yup....Karyn drove down from Boston and Jackie drove up from Webb ( spring break with the man) to see me. Turns out it was a suprise bridal shower!!!.And showered in gifts I was! And food...and cake...and flowers...and and and! It was so awsome.So, I'm swimming in a sea of gifts... and then I got to a gift....from our CLASS! Guys- you are SOOOO awsome. For those of you who weren't in on the scheme, my half of the honeymoon is taken care of by some super sweet 02ers. All I can say is WOW! I was floored (even more than a case o' Natty would do to me)! I don't even know what we're doing yet for the Honeymoon...something in between moving from Groton to Norfolk, VA mid April (yup, Brian ended up getting stationed there on the Hyman G. Rickover). Anyway, we're just gonna go on Orbitz and see what we can get last minute. But I will def fill you guys in! And will have lot's of sex as I've been told you might need to live vicariously through me. Oh....and I guess most of you know by now, but I'm getting married THIS WEEKEND! We're just doing a small family thing with about 25 people, hosted by love and a WHOLE lotta booze. So, if anyone is in the Ottsville, PA area Saturday night (about 45 min North of Philly), drop in and get drunk with the family! Well, I just wanted to thank you all and remind you that you guys rock! I love you Jax and Karyn!!!!! P.S. If anyone wants to take me up on the booze my cell is 860-460-7759. P.S.S.- The Natty graphics on the box and cans have changed! But it's still the same kick ass beer on the inside (;

Oh...my...GOD. I went to the SNAME meeting tonight - Profs. Hadler and Gallagher were giving a presentation on the updates and such of the Robinson Model Basin. It was fun, brought back a lot of memories, but I thought I'd mention I was sitting across the table from good ol' Prof. Caliendo. Drew's comment? "I'm sorry, he's an ASS!"

Doug, I spent Labor Day in Savannah with a cousin and pretty much my conclusion was about the same as yours. Did you go to 'Smiles' piano bar and see all the finalists for the Britney Spears look-a-like competition serving jello shots? Savannah is only about 5-6 hours from here so let's plan on next year for sure.

I was at Disney last weekend and noticed that an esteemed professor of ours might have a side job making "mechanical toys" wink wink nudge nudge.

Hello,

If any of you guys get the chance to get to Savannah, Ga. for St. Pat's Day/Weekend I suggest that you do. It puts Mardi Gras to shame. So many beautiful, sweet southern women in such a small area. I was there for Fri, Sat, & Sunday and may of had the best weekend of my life. Anthony, I was drunk at noon three days in a row, and we are definately going to open a bar in Hotlanta if anywhere.

Just wanted to let everyone know about the festivities. I will be there next year for sure. When I piece together the pictures I will post some or email them out to those who would appreciate them.

I like me job and I assume most of you do to. I consider this lucky considering that so many of my friends here hate there jobs. But sometimes I just with I disliked my job a little more and would have the guts to call in sick. This morning as I prepared to go to work, my roommates were also getting ready. Instead of going to work, they were preparing for the great Irish tradition of KEGS AND EGGS. So as I slave away at work, everybody I know will be drunk by noon.

Hey Dug, as a government employee, I think that I could take monday off for the Hamptons, but a day trip would be nice as well.

Sadly, there is no hope for the short film "Robbie does Providence," but here is a fairly entertaining sound capture for everyone to enjoy. This is in WAV format so you should be able to play it from any computer with a soundcard. Click here.

Karyn,
I thank you. I have been working hard and its nice to see it pay off....

Regarding Webbstock, It is June 7th on the Webb calandar. I know I've talked a lot of smack about Hamptons Sunday & Monday following Webbstock. Here is the Deal. I am going to VEGAS June 25-29 and taking some time off from work to do so. I don't think I can get the Monday after Webbstock off from work since I theoretically don't have vacation time but I can try hard to or just drink so much that i am too sick to go to work, the later may be the case anyways.

If the Hamptons thing did happen Sunday & Monday, who could do it? Please let me know? I know a bunch of you can't take off work yet. If you want to do something, we could go out there for the day on Sunday if the weather is nice and have fun then. That would fly with me. If everyone says they could make monday, then I'd be willing to try and get off Monday or again, be really sick. Please let me know.

Thanks to all who have donated, I (and Webb) appreciate it.

Send me an email with your answer regarding Webbstock & the Hamptons.

Hey Doug, I just wanted you to know I wrote a check for both my Alumni Association dues and for the Alumni Fund before I got the remittance letter.

Corey, if Webbstock is going to happen, will it be on June 7th you think? In all likelyhood I would come down for the weekend on Friday after work which would get me to Webb at 10-11 if I am lucky, though I would also try to coordinate with the other East Coasters so that we could car pool. Any luck enhancing the fence humping video?

Since some of the studio audience be flyin' to Webbstock, I'm wondering what you north-easterners are planning on doing, especially whether or not there will be people in New York Friday night or not.
